How to bind windows xp machine to Linux Domain Server..

I want to join standalone windows xp machine to Linux Domain (Redhat 9).. Anybody can please help me out how to do this?..

What kind of domain are you running? NIS, LDAP? SAMBA? this should be the first question you look into.

I'd just like to pint out that if that's RH9 codename Shrike , it hasn't been updated (inc security!) for years.

Please use a current distro for your sake & ours eg Centos 5.4 (free version of RHEL).

First of all I would like to thanks to all of you for your responces..
I am using LDAP Domain.. In one server I have installed everything example:- DHCP, DNS, LDAP, and Samba for testing purpose.. (And also please let me know is this a good idea to install all the servers in one Machine in the real network?)

Is Redhat 9 Distribution is good for this Servers?
