I have IBM TS 2900 Autoloader and put IBM Total storage LTO 5 Ultrium (1.5 TB data cartridge).
and I want to make backup from my ubuntu server to IBM TS 2900.

Sure...contact IBM, and get the drivers needed for your tape unit to work. From there, use one of the MANY easily-found backup solutions for Linux. Things like zmanda and bacula are easily found/loaded...you can even use tar.

Go to http://www.ibm.com. Find their contact information there, or look up your tape library, and see if they have drivers. Not sure what you're confused about.
