You need to create an ldif containing the user's dn, the needed objectclasses and the attributes for the user according to the directory structure:
Code:
dn: cn=user1,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com
objectClass: top
objectClass: person
objectClass: inetOrgPerson
objectClass: <other required objectclasses>
uid: user1
attribute1: att1
...
attributeX: attX

dn: cn=user2,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com
objectClass: top
objectClass: person
objectClass: inetOrgPerson
objectClass: <other required objectclasses>
uid: user2
attribute1: att1
...
attributeX: attX

Ok this means will do as it has done with previous user.

I thought that there was another way to do that.

Mr. bathory thank you very much

Accept greetings

There are also some gui frontends to openldap to make your life a bit easier
