How I make sendmail to require obligate authentication for mail clients

Hi, that's my first post in LQ
I have installed and configured sendmail like server.
How can I configure obligate auth for my mail client (Kmail, Outlook)

At the moment when I set in Kmail user and password and DIGETS-MD5 for sending server I send mail with no problems, it's work.
But I can't understand when I don't set user and password, checkbox "Server require authentication" is unchecked, in Kmail it's send with no problem, it isn't work.

I hope to understand my question, otherwise post your questions.
Tank you in advance.
