Question How I can to forword data through router?


Hi to all members,
Please Can any member help me

I have a problem, I am using TP-Link “ADSL - TD-8840 Router”, in my work I want to access to a Application Server from outside through Internet and through router, then I need to know how I can open port in a Router and foreword the data from a router port to a server port.

My Configuration is:
Application Server: 192.168.1.207
Application Server opened port : 8080
Opened port in router”NAT”: 8080
* How I can disable Firewall in my router
* What's mean Internal IP Start and Internal IP End,
and what mean External IP Start and External IP END
Many Thanks to advices
