How can I view history logs of terminal usage?

Hi guys,

I am using Fedora 13. Is there a log file in system I can view to see the list of command lines I had entered in terminal so far??

Commands like
Code:
ls
cd /usr/local
emacs test.txt
which are logged in the log file.

Thanks!
Chinho

Your ~/.bash_history file contains this. It is used when you use the bash history commands to retrieve and re-execute previous commands (see: man bash).

Thanks macemoneta! I found it!

Top of it, is there any file or any way (in linux) that shows me the date time each command is entered?

Not retrospectively but you can configure it for future commands by setting HISTTIMEFORMAT
