I want migration my windows server to the linux but i have not any idea about it,how can i find a linux expert for help?
if possible please guide me.

i have some windows server.
1-A file server
2-DHCP and DNS
3-Active directory
4-ISA(Firewall)

I want migration all this server to the linux,i have a file server with some folder and permission.how can i migration my company to the linux?

To be honest, migrating from MS-win to Linux is a non-trivial exercise.
I would try to google (eg google "lug tehran" gives http://tehlug.org/) around for other Linux users in your area.

Contact RedHat and see if they have a presence or recommended partner company in your country.

Be aware that full integration with Active Directory can be problematic, and as standard things like samba do not have the same level of permissioning that a Windows Server / AD platform would give.

If your file server permissions are from windows server and domain controlled.. by windows.. you're most likely going to need to hire someone local for some help, that's a big setup.

to save data from win to linux has 2 option
1.ftp or sharing folder in linux
2. mapping win to linux server through Mydocument in win

you are aware with option 1.ok

now tell me option 2 should able to complete your need
