Smile Help:Squid blocking Internet URL

Dear Friends,

I am facing a strange issue.

URL GreaterNoida.com - Welcome to the future! when i try to open behind Squid proxy i got a error

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have google around everybody post the error related to hosting in Apache.

This site is open fine in direct network.

I got a TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT/403 in access.log when i try to open this site.

Might be some more sites also getting the same issue i am not sure.

Could any one help me resolve this issue.

Awaiting your vaulable relpys.

TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT
The request was for a negatively-cached object. Negative-caching refers to caching certain types of errors, such as "404 Not Found." The amount of time these errors are cached is controlled with the negative_ttl configuration parameter.

I'm wondering if this means that at the time you first attempted to access this site, you received a genuine 403, but that is now cleared, hence OK when connecting directly, but the error is still in cache?

Can you flush the cache?

Do you happen to have squidguard or similar configured?

What version of squid do you run and on what distro?

No squid guard or any other software is installed in this servers

Squid version 2.6.

2 servers configured IP based access. 1 is configured user based access.

All give same error.

Seems to me the side is blocking requests from proxys.
I have the same problem using squid, and the proxy of my provider.
Using no proxy, it loads OK.

repo, do you mean you have the same issue if your proxy is connected to your ISP's proxy?
