Help setting up a proxy server with Squid on Raspbian

Hello,
I'd like to use Squid to set up a proxy server on a Raspberry Pi and am having some trouble.

My Pi is connected to two networks - Network1 via ethernet and Network2 via wifi, and I would Squid to redirect traffic coming from Network1 to Network2.

I am using the default Squid config with the following line, to make sure the traffic comes out of Network2:
Code:
tcp_outgoing_address 192.168.100.100
(192.168.100.100 is the Pi's IP in Network2).

Unfortunately, when trying to connect to the proxy through other machines, I am getting an error from Squid (The requested URL could not be retrieved; connection timed out). I'm getting this error on public websites which are accessible through either network (e.g google.com).
Note: when not using the tcp_outgoing_address directive the proxy works, but it uses Network1 rather the one I want.

This is the output I get when running `route -n`:
Code:
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 0.0.0.0 UG 100 0 0 eth0
0.0.0.0 192.168.100.1 0.0.0.0 UG 303 0 0 wlan0
192.168.1.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 100 0 0 eth0
192.168.100.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 303 0 0 wlan0
I have successfully used a practically identical Squid config in the past to make this kind of setup work on Windows, which is why I believe it's a Linux-level config issue. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
