See Marks answer - you need data to analyse the problem.
That scripts of mine looks to see if there is any processes in (long-term) uninterruptible sleep. Presumes there are some - at the point in time you run the script. If there are, well and good - in your case not, so no help.
Perhaps try collectl - Mark is the author, and has offered how-to advice elsewhere on LQ.
FWIW, doesn't look like an I/O issue. At least not when the script was run.
Edit: just went back over that list you did for unSpawn. Looks like a quad core processor - I wouldn't consider that loadavg high (in any sense of "high") on a quad.
IMHO you problems are elsewhere.
