Help Locate Files On Server - Where is port 8080 pointing?

I'm working with a system that was built about 6 years ago and I have no notes or contact information for the previous administrator. The apache configs point the domain port 80 to the var/www/html folder but somehow they're using the port:8080 as the backend system. I have access to the backend but I can't find where the files are hidden on the system.

Is there a way to track where the files are on the system that port 8080 would be pointing to? I don't see any mention of port 8080 in httpd.config.

thanks for any help.

I ended up searching for all index.jsp files and found the root directory. I'm still not sure what's redirecting the port 8080 if it's not Apache. Oh well.

Find the pid that's using port 8080
netstat -ntap | grep 8080

lsof <that pid you just got>

That should get you some more info. Might not point to the files directly but you'll have a better idea on where to look.
