Haproxy handling diffrent URI

Just wanted to know if (and how) I can tell Haproxy the one URI will be handled by one server, and another set of urls will be handled by another server. Say if I have an admin panel, and I want to make sure it'll run from a certin server, is there a way to promise it'll be from there only?

Any ideas?
