Grep --line-buffered problem

hello
for monitoring of some FS actions in server i used inotifywait with "-mr -e move -e create" options anf then used "grep --line-buffered "MOVE_TO"" to send actions toa file
inotifywait -mr -e move,create /mbox/ | grep --line-buffered "MOVE_TO" > /var/log/inotify
every things worked fine but when data usage increased i found out when new user mbox folder create and they get their first email i can not see log in /var/log/inotify .. but i know inotifywait is loggin this action .. i thinks --line-buffered has problem ...
any suggestion...
