Getting Stuck or Server Hang

Hi

I am running a Public Rapid Leech for almost 1 year. But the Problem is when download a file more than 400 Mb or bigger. The download always gets stop after 400 MB. I have tried to change php max timeout value but same problem.or can u tell me the proper way to change php max time out value.

CentOS 5 - Plesk 9.3
2x 320 GB SATA
4 GB DDR2-RAM
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3400+, Dual-Core

its look like fork bombing or memory leak issue. just check you /var/log/messages and generate report using 'sar' command
