I am unable to create a directory as an anonymous user using FTP. Settings are as below mentioned:-

vsftpd.conf
anonymous_enable=YES
write_enable=YES
anon_upload_enable=YES

Sebool Directives
[root@fedora1 ~]# getsebool -a |grep ftp
allow_ftpd_anon_write --> on
allow_ftpd_full_access --> on
allow_ftpd_use_cifs --> on
allow_ftpd_use_nfs --> on

Iptables & SELinux Status
iptables --> disabled
selinux --> permessive

did you manually type in all the values in your post? "permissive" is incorrectly spelled. that might be the cause of your problems.

Also, check the permissions of the directories. The ftp user might not have write access to the parent directories.
