FreeRadius: clients.conf being erased?

Hi. I'm running FreeRadius, and a couple times a day, the /etc/raddb/clients.conf file will be cleared out: The file will be there, but it will be completely empty. It's easy to fix by doing '# cp clients.conf.save clients.conf '
but it's been happening more frequently. At first it was once a week or so, now it's every hour I have to do that. It started shortly after we upgraded from CentOS 5.2 to 5.3. Has anyone seen this before?
The only other thing I notice, is that after I copy the good file over, i'll do '# chown -R radiusd:radiusd clients.conf ; chmod -w clients.conf ', but after it ends up getting cleared out, the owner and group is 'root' and the w permission is back on.

Any help is appreciated. Or if there's something I can watch for, please let me know.
