Free embedded media player for a web page

Hello,

I'm a total n00b to setting up streaming servers and just kinda playing around right now. I setup icecast and apache on a fedora box and now successfully have streaming audio for anyone with an ogg media player. What I really want, though, is an embedded player like what they have on MySpace and such. This would save hassle for people running Windows from having to download ogg codecs. Does anyone know where I can get such software for free? Also, should I even be using icecast, or are there better reccomendations?

Thanks!

Mr. Swillis

Cortado (www.flumotion.net/cortado/) or JOrbisPlayer (www.jcraft.com/jorbis/)?
