First time squid user gets some error on webmin

Hi,
I installed webmin on Debian apt-get install webmin.After installation following message came.

Code:

Setting up webmin (1.510-2) ...

Webmin install complete. You can now login to https://IP:10000/

as root with your root password, or as any user who can use sudo

to run commands as root.

So I infer that the installation was successful.
But when I do

Code:

http://IP:10000

I get following error

Code:

Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error.

What should I look for?

Well I got the reason of error my browser was pointing to another proxy which is my actual proxy server.
I removed the proxy settings from firefox and chrome and now I can see it is running fine.
