It's noticeable that some of the names and subjects are duplicated. Also that the timings are very close together.

Is there a way to identify spam on this basis?

How would I go about this?

I have Postfix installed as the MTA.

I have just installed Spamassassin and MailScanner although I haven't configured them yet.
