filtering postfix header_checks by from and subject, how to do it?

I need to use postfix filtering with header_checks by two conditions matching at the same time, From and Subject. Is there any way to do this, with if-endif or something else? I need the syntax to do this. I could only filter whit one condition at a time.

Ty and regards

As per my understanding postfix header_checks does not give this option. You can consider to use postfwd (http://postfwd.org/).

Thanks

For postfix I would recommend postfwd.
