Hi Guys,
I have a 3 node gfs cluster on Centos 5.6. All the 3 nodes are integrated with Active Directory through LDAP client. I have a task to delete a file from the gfs file system. This file shows me the uid and the group name in ownership tab. Which is weird...
As far as I understand, the ownership tab should show the owner name and the group name.
However, I was thinking that the user must be deleted from the Active directory. That is the reason I get such output.
Coming to the point..... When I try to delete such files (with uid:group_name). I get an error stating "operation not permitted"
I checked the lsattr command on the file. But lsattr does not support as it is a gfs file system.
Any help on this would be really appreciated...
