LinuxQuestions.org - Fatal error phpmyadmin

Hi guys,

I have a little home server for file storing, recently i installed apache, php, ... For being able to serve some websites...
It was all working fine until i installed NMS (http://sourceforge.net/projects/networkmonitor/), now when i try to reach http://ip/phpmyadmin i get the following error:
