fan speed control on HP microserver gen10

Hey,

I recently installed Slack64 on a HP microserver gen10.
As always with HP machines fan seems get to run at full speed, it's hence kind of noisy.
I'm just wondering whether there is a way to control fan speed since there is no such option in the BIOS (which is extremely light btw).

Do I have to have ILo and install AMS ?

Thanks.

keep it simple since acpi is not not loading the module. Module is a part of a kernel. Sorry I hate the word driver because I am a driver.
lets ask around when you actually give the model make of your hardware. this is what we see
Code:

https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=HP+microserver+gen10&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
then may be we can load the module for it.
