Export Squid proxy access log

Hi Team,

I have ManageEngine Opmanager which will receive 'syslog' or 'access.log' of squid proxy server & will show Network bandwidth usage. I am trying to export squid proxy logs to the analyzer server which is "ManageEngine OpManager" but it's not exporting. How to export squid proxy log to the Log analyzer server?

Read the "Question Guidelines" and "How to ask a smart question" links in my posting signature. You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux you're using, version of Squid, or what you mean by "export". Do you mean "copy a file and have it read into some program" or "send these events as you would others to a remote syslog listener"??? Which is it?

The Squid documentation has MUCH on the logs: basic research first
https://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFa..._the_log_files.

..and how to write to syslog is also covered:
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/access_log/

I am using Centos version 7.4.1708. Squid Proxy version 3.5. I have to export squid proxy "access.log" to ManageEngine OpManager server on port no. 9996. How to export "access.log" to the Analyzer server from Squid Proxy?

Again: what do you MEAN by "export"???? Again, if you just want to COPY them, that's different than getting 'live' syslog events over.

And did you try looking at their own documentation?????
https://www.manageengine.com/product...xy-report.html

...it TELLS YOU HOW:
https://www.manageengine.com/product...rts-intro.html

And it's a commercial product...did you call the support you're paying for?
