On my machine within the hemispheregps.com network, I have setup exim4 with
Code:
navi:~> less /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf
dc_eximconfig_configtype='internet'
dc_other_hostnames='navi'
dc_local_interfaces='127.0.0.1'
dc_readhost=''
dc_relay_domains=''
dc_minimaldns='false'
dc_relay_nets=''
dc_smarthost=''
CFILEMODE='644'
dc_use_split_config='false'
dc_hide_mailname=''
dc_mailname_in_oh='true'
dc_localdelivery='mail_spool'
However when I send to emails from
XXXX@coletek.org to
XXXX@hemispheregps.com they get stuck in my queue:
Code:
navi:~> sudo exim -bp
42h 1.7K 1LZeXT-0000Xh-R4 <XXXX@coletek.org>
XXXXX@hemispheregps.com
42h 4.1K 1LZeZ9-0000Xp-Hy <XXXX@coletek.org>
XXXXX@hemispheregps.com
18h 1.8K 1La0w4-0001lR-JE <XXXX@coletek.org>
XXXXX@hemispheregps.com
When I use swaks to to send emails from a external machine I see I need connect to hemispheregps.com.s7a1.psmtp.com:25 (IP: 64.18.6.14) not hemispheregps.com:25 (IP: 216.81.182.231)
So I edited /etc/hosts
Code:
navi:~> less /etc/hostsi
64.18.6.14 hemispheregps.com
However when I run exim -qff it still wishes to connect to 216.81.182.231 not 64.18.6.14
Arr... Any ideas how to get exim to send
XXXX@hemispheregps.com emails to 64.18.6.14 and not 216.81.182.23?
