Error 404 File or directory not found


I copied a pdf file manually to my site directory but when i click the link on the website the above mentioned error comes.

Hi,

I guess the file is not where you think it is or the permissions don't let the http server read the file.

So wat can i do to upload it because i dont have remote access to the server to use SFTP.
