Smile erreur unknown state 118 in cluster

Hi every one.
I'm new in linux.I have create two nodes in vmware.
I have create the cluster with luci.
When I try to add a ressource (shared ip adresse),I have this error
"test is in unknown state 118"
I have remove the iptables in the two nodes
