Enabling SFTP & FTP over implicit/explicit TLS/SSL in Linux

Hi

I would like to know how to enable below protocols along with FTP in linux.

SFTP - SSH file transfer protocal
FTPS - FTP over implicit TLS/SSL
FTPS - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL

Also is it possible to configure all above at the same time in same linux box.

Thanks
Rajan

SFTP will be running by default most likely, no work would be required.

Implicit TLS doesn't get used. It uses different ports isn't at all common.

Explicit is standard with FTP, just check docs for your FTP server of choice, e.g. vsftpd, proftpd, pureftpd. e.g. http://wiki.vpslink.com/Configuring_..._(TLS/SSL/SFTP)

note that it is VERY important that you understand that SFTP is ****NOT**** FTP. It just looks similar.

I'm sure you could have seen why that link didn't work, or found your own, it's not hard.
