Email Throttle in Qmail
 

Hi All,

I am running qmail on fedora core 6 ,I want to restrict the sending of email to public domain like g mail,yahoo,hotmail from my domain,like only 100 emails per minute can deliver to gmail and yahoo is there anyway to do this.
