Question Dual factor Authentication for wi-fi users[Guest]

I'm trying to get users logged into my access point with their username password and Google authentication code.... I've reached upto generating QR Code with RADIUS and PAM on my Ubuntu 14.04 LTS server. Now I wish to set up some mechanism that will redirect them to a web portal every-time they try to access Internet facility over my AP and the portal will ask them to enter "username", "password" and "google authentication code". So is it possible to do something like getting their e-mail ID and username first after that ask to enter their Auth-code ... meanwhile server will be able to generate QR Code, Scratch Code etc. for each user and respective e-mail. Now as user enters Auth-code server will somehow authenticate user by matching Auth-code generated by itself and the one entered by the user?

*The e-mail entered by user is to be cross verified with my databse. If it exist in my database then only the user will be granted access.
*I'm trying to do so.. because i don't wish to provide anyone their username and password every-time they forget.
Anyone have any Idea?? please suggest.. Thanks! a lot in advance
