Dear,

Firstly I install windows XP and then unix centos. But again when I reinstall Windows xp then my unix centos not shows in boot menu. It automatically goes in windows xp. Now how can I recover my Unix centos.

That's because when you reinstalled windows, it over wrote your MBR. You need to reinstall your boot loader. (Most likely grub...) You can do so from a rescue disc or a live CD.

And just to note, "unix centos" does not make any sense. CentOS is linux based.
