Drive goes UNAVAIL in ZFS Pool on Ubuntu 12.10

Running Ubuntu 12.10 with zfs on linux
Can't seem to find the answer online, but I'm having a weird issue with zpools.
I just replaced a drive in the zpool and everything went fine, got resilvered and did a scrub. No issues found.
I then proceed to reboot the system but when the system comes back online, my pool is degraded and the drive that I just replaced is shown as UNAVAIL, zpool offlining and onlining seems to bring it back but only till the next reboot.

Code:
 pool: Stuff
 state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices could not be used because the label is missing or
invalid. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue
        functioning in a degraded state.
action: Replace the device using 'zpool replace'.
