message_size_limit in main.cf. Have a look at http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html and search for message_size_limit for usage.

Question for you. You seem to be using Maildir format for your messages, but everytime I see your dovecot setup, you refer to mbox. Which are you trying to use?

I am not for sure if I know the diffrence.

Any attachment is part of the message, so in size terms it's the same thing.

Look at the home_mailbox parameter in main.cf. What does it say?

Do a google on mbox versus Maildir - you should at least know the difference if you are running a server.
