dovecot - ip based access control for a specific account

Hi there !
I need the user x@y.com to be able to read emails using pop/imap (dovecot) only from IP x.y.z.q.

All other users should be able to read emails from everywhere.

This should be done from the application layer I think from dovecot.

Is it possible?

If yes, how?

Thanks you
