dnsproxy installation on Ubuntu gives error

I am trying to install dnsproxy on a Ubuntu server and I am getting error as above.The server is Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit (Lucid)
I think it is a bug as described here
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...xy/+bug/567008
but I am not clear with the solution if this is my case.

Looks like a missing package or the package is just broken. Check for a newer package?
YOu may also be mixing packages from the wrong release.

What is broken that is not clear from above output.
