dns resolver issue

Hi folks,

I have a little thing here I don't understand.
My /etc/resolv.conf looks like this -->

Code:
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN

nameserver 185.121.177.177
nameserver 185.190.82.182
nameserver 45.63.25.55
nameserver 111.67.16.202
nameserver 139.59.17.152
nameserver 142.4.204.111
nameserver 142.4.205.47
nameserver 192.95.54.3
nameserver 127.0.1.1
search home
If I use firefox or another browser the resolver is still the same as before.
I checked that out by

http://whatsmyresolver.stdlib.net/

How's that?
I don't understand that and I'd be grateful for a detailed explanation.

Sorry to bother you folks.
Found the bug in my configuration.

The 127.0.0.1 entry was missing in /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head and the dnsmasq service couldn't do it's job clean.
