DNS problem....

Im using a one static ip from an ISP, if i browse my mailserver from other ISP its not working.if i browse from the same ISP its working.

The thing is if i browse frm other ISP, i have to add my ISP's DNS name as an extra then only i can visit my mailserver page.Y is it so?anyone help me

Looks like a name resolution issue.

What is the output of dig,

$ dig

If name resolution fails then you might want to try the OpenDNS project.
