Distro for these networking requirements

I have noticed there are some extremely small linux distro's that can be used as a router for NAT. Which distro can do the following?

Essentials:

1. Works soundly with 24mb of memory or less

2. Can be a NAT router just like the router of an ADSL modem but without the ADSL functionality, it would simply connect to the ADSL router and from there to the internet

3. Is preconfigured for the above NAT, or has instructions for setting up that are valid (not man pages or out-of-date how-to's)

Desirables:

1. Can run a secure SOCKS proxy visible and available to everyone on the internet

2. Is preconfigured for the SOCKS proxy task, or has instructions for setting up that are valid (not man pages or out-of-date how-to's)

ipcop...should do all you need...but if i remeber it may need 32MB RAM...and it does to proxy, not sure how easy it would configure...but may be your best option if you can get it to run on 24mb
