Dependency Issue - libmysqlclient16-dev or libmysqlclient-dev

I need to install this to get php 5.2 and 5.3 running concurrently. I keep getting these errors:

root@L3map02:~# apt-get -f install libmysqlclient16-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

Turns out I just use aptitude install libmysqlclient-dev and it downgraded the dependencies that were having an issue. Now new issues unfold...
