Delll kace 2000 server

Can anyone help with dell kace? We have a dell kace 2000 which is set to 2 subnet masks and won't allow to change one and the GUI is unreachable also it wont ping. Any idea?

And how exactly are we supposed to figure out what distro/version you are running?

Hi sorry quite new to this. All it says is Dell k2000 no other info..

..especially since you have been registered here for EIGHT YEARS....why are you bothering to lie and say "quite new to this", when we can see how long you've been here??? Also, with well over 100 posts, it just isn't right.

You have provided NO useful details at all...like version/distro of Linux, what "GUI" you're even talking about, what you've done/tried so far, etc. Do you expect us to guess?
