Debian Wheezy Apache2 [error] (9)Bad file descriptor: apr_socket_accept: (client socket)

Hi LQ people
On my debian wheezy vps Apache/2.2.22 crashes after adding 2 new virtual hosts with this error in logs:

Code:
[error] (9)Bad file descriptor: apr_socket_accept: (client socket)
.

When i a2dissites those two virtal hosts, service apache start resumes normail operations .
VirtualHosts file sintax seems to be correct.
I will be greatfull of any help !

Thanks

First thing I would do is check the following:

1. File permissions on both the descriptor files for the virtual hosts and on the code base for those virtual hosts. Make sure they are readable by Apache.
2. Make sure there aren't any collisions on ports. If you are running SSL, you need to make sure that you are not colliding on IP's.

Also... try doing a proper full stop/start of the server instead of a restart. Things may have gotten a bit munged in Apache's head and it just needs to clear that kind of thing out.
