CUPS "held for authentication"

I have one user who's jobs get "held for authentication" when he tries to print. I have no authentication setup on my CUPS server, and he is the ONLY person with this problem. I can't find anything that would cause it. I'm grasping at straws here. Any ideas?

cupsd config for 'copier_ds' on CUPS server
Code:
<Location /printers/copier_ds>
  Order Deny,Allow
  Deny From All
  Allow From 127.0.0.1
  AuthType None
  Allow from 131.**.***.*/255.255.255.128
  Allow from 131.**.***.***/255.255.255.192
</Location>

CUPS error log (/var/log/cups/error_log)
Code:
D [21/Apr/2014:15:43:15 -0400] [Job 96] STATE: none

Additional info:
I'm running NIS with NFS mounted home dirs. It also doesn't matter what computer he logs into. Same problem. Nobody else has this issue. This leads me to believe that it's an issue in his profile somewhere, but where?
