Creating a System and Error Report

I am using the Fedora 7, with multiple raid arrays, and am using it as a NAS server. Eventually, this server will also be a web development server, but one thing at a time I need to make sure I have easy and quick access to my SMART info, my echo repair, and other system critical reports. Does anyone know of a way to produce a report like that, and also email it to me.

Currently I have found ttp://linux.die.net/man/8/auditd.conf yet it doesn't seem to produce information on what errors are occurring. Any ideas, or projects someone knows about?

Thanks
GJ
