create dictionary file in freeradius

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a dictionary in radius to set up my system.

The below is the one I created but seems doesn't work.
Does any body know how to create a new vendor dictionary in freeradius?

Thanks.

VENDOR ADC 2014

BEGIN-VENDOR ADC

ATTRIBUTE ADC-User-Access-Level 1 integer

# Read-only access to basic network tools (ping, etc)
VALUE ADC-User-Access-Level Network-User 0

# Read-only access to manageable (not security) parameters
VALUE ADC-User-Access-Level Network-Manager 1

# Read-write access to manageable (not security) parameters
VALUE ADC-User-Access-Level NOC-User 2

# Read-write access to all manageable parameters
VALUE ADC-User-Access-Level NOC-Manager 3
