Control user logoff (SAMBA or from it is server)

Hi,

i was wondering if it is possible to build a small network (with windows) and from the server (running LINUX) that will control this network with samba do the follow:

1) send a command to logoff an user (if possible not rebooting the station)
2) block an user from login into any station

Why ? I was planning to create a lan house manager using linux as the server and if i can control users logoff and login then i can manage to make something with it since i can setup a script on the login it would tell when the user logged in but i need to have power over the user logoff...

Or is there a program where i could control this from the linux ?

Thanks for any help/advice.
