Greetings,
I have postfix email server setup and i can send and receive emails. I have another server i want to send emails from. Id like to use postfix as a relay to send emails from the other server. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Their documentation covers how to set up a relay host, along with explanations of the rules/directives:
https://www.postfix.org/SMTPD_ACCESS_README.html

..and there are lots of hits on any search engine for "how to set up postfix relay server", such as:
https://bobcares.com/blog/configure-...-relay-server/
https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/p...-smtp-debian7/

Which guides have you consulted, and where are you stuck??

Im trying https://bobcares.com/blog/configure-...-relay-server/

I went through each step and tried mail command at the end but nothing seems to happen. No error in mail.err or mail.log.

That means you're not sending any mail to your postfix server.
