collaboration/groupware software installable on shared hosting

i want to setup a groupware so i can set task (or let others) to other users, see if there are busy at any particular time by checking on their calendar/schedule and be able to send email from the same interface.

Is there any groupware like that?

VPS s not an option since i don't have a lot of money to spend so shared hosting is the way to go but default Horde installation does not have global addressbook and global calendar with task delegation.

Any info would be appreciated.

I have used openKM, groupoffice and phpGroupware. All seem to be quite good and work on standard hosting.

thanks cadj, currently i'm trying egroupware but will also try openKM, groupoffice and phpGroupware
