First of all you need to decide what you wish to log, without knowing that it's impossible to make recommendations.

Hello and welcome to LinuxQuestions,

Besides the fact TenTenths pointed out, deciding on what you are going to log on the centralized server, you'll need to dedicate some time to making a decision on what utility you want to use. Are you just going to redirect your logs to a centralized server or do you want to do filtering on what you send over for example? You can use the standard syslog or go with rsyslog or even syslog-ng. You can have a look at this article to get some more information and/or alternatives to the ones mentioned: Centralized logging. Those are just a couple of possibilities and as already pointed out, first you need to decide what you want to centralize and what you want to do with it later on. Looking forward to your participation in the forums.

Kind regards,

Eric

It should be in the Red Hat Network repository...and since you're using RHEL6, you are paying for access to it. So, type in "yum install phpmyadmin". Also, since you're paying for RHEL, you should be able to call Red Hat support if you have problems. Also, just putting "how to install phpmyadmin on rhel 6" into Google pulls up lots....did you try that???
