clustering vs load balancing


Hi,

We are running web servers and we would like to have backup server in order to avoid the down time. What is the difference between load balancing and clusting?

Upto My knowledge,
Clustering is divided into three parts :
1. Load Balancing
2. High Availability
3. Fail Safeover

So, Load balancing is one of the feature that you can achieve with Clustering.
