So I have a Government STIG that requires me to have all system mail for root (notifications) to be sent/forwarded to a single email address wherein it can be monitored.

The problem is, I'm not connected to the outside world in any way so I was wondering if there was a way to send all of the root mails from multiple machines to a single user on one machine. I'd prefer not to set up a full blown email server as that would require more management, and more STIGs . . . its a vicious circle.

Procmail suggests itself. It's an Mail Delivery Agent and you write your own recipe for what it does with mail, e.g. forwarding it to Wikileaks :-)).
